  • If you opt for our QuickBooks desktop or online edition integration (not required), there is a monthly charge of $25 and a one-time setup of $500.

Delivery and Integration Support:


  • Once you place your online order, we will create a project statement and send back an order confirmation.
  • We will start a project with all of your system choices and website design choice.
  • We provide a custom tracking link so you can track the entire process.
  • Our integration specialist will contact you to upload your membership data into your new management system.
  • While that data is processed, the website design team will convert your existing site content for integration into your new site.
  • You will work with your integration specialist to review the uploaded member data, ensure all are in the right places and confirm that automation is ready to go.
