• Existing membership plans remain so there is no change for current members. If an existing member would like to upgrade to a new member plan they can.
• New members fund your membership services department when you add a one-time admin and onboarding fee of $25 to your membership plans that we bill to you. Also be sure to cover the $1.25 per month we bill per built-out new member. This comes out to only $15 per year.
• If you opt for our QuickBooks desktop or online edition integration (not required), there is a monthly charge of $25 and a one-time setup of $500.

Delivery and Integration Support:

• Once you place your online order, we will create a project statement and send back an order confirmation.
• We will start a project with all of your system choices and website design choice.
• We provide a custom tracking link so you can track the entire process.
• Our integration specialist will contact you to upload your membership data into your new management system.
• While that data is processed, the website design team will convert your existing site content for integration into your new site.
• You will work with your integration specialist to review the uploaded member data, ensure all are in the right places and confirm that automation is ready to go.
